She is the founder of Roots of Empowerment (ROE), empowering Black youth through identity-affirming programs, and African Royalty, celebrating African heritage through cultural products and workshops. Her activism includes Co-Founding Black Lives For Change and leading protests against anti-Black racism, with her work recognized by institutions and media outlets like the Toronto Star and CityTV. A devoted mother of three, Efia continues to drive change through leadership, advocacy, and cultural empowerment.
